Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro. You may send your credit card details over the Internet. Your order will be confirmed electronically or in writing.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified unless otherwise requested in the order and we would ask that you make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tended for delivery. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver Goods to you at the specified address for any reason, Royal Mail will then notify you by way of leaving a card. Please follow the instructions on where to collect the parcel. This is normally at your local sorting office.

Complaints: Our policy is to acknowledge and resolve your complaint within 5 working days of its receipt. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within those 5 days, we will tell you why and keep you informed of the progress. You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 working days. We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.
Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.
Cancellation of your Order You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. This cancellation period commences the day after the day you receive the goods.
